As I mentioned on the home page I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 30 years and have been blessed to have had the opportunity to share yoga with a wide range of individuals from all stages of life. What I’ve learned over the years is that everyone is unique, steps on to the mat for different reasons, and that each person requires a little something different. Yoga is meant to evolve from beginning exactly as you are. This highly personalized approach makes the private yoga sessions ideal for effectively meeting your goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore, investigate, ask questions and get feedback!  Each session is customized to you, the unique individual that you are. If you are a beginner I will introduce you to the foundational postures of Ashtanga yoga to help you establish a practice routine. If you are an experienced practitioner (of any style of yoga) I will approach our work together with an eye on enhancing the elements of your practice that you are interested in exploring or developing further.  If you are coming with an injury I adjust my suggestions based on your doctor’s recommendations. Regardless of your interest, one-on-one is the most potent way I can offer support!

  • Adapt your practice — aid in recovery from an illness, injury or post-surgery

  • Deepen your practice — advance or refine your current yoga practice

  • Workshop postures — effectively and safely approach challenging areas of your practice

  • Teacher/student relationship — provide on-going support and growth to your practice

  • Learn pranayama — develop awareness, balance the nervous system, and help manage stress

Private sessions are offered by appointment only in-person at my home or livestream via zoom PST.
